Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized use of a payment method, or pricing and listing errors. If your order is canceled after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors can occur — if a pricing error is found, we'll contact you before processing your order.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Many of our pieces are made to order or fully customized to your specifications. Once production begins, these orders cannot be canceled or modified. Please see our Shipping & Returns and FAQ pages for full details on turnaround times and our return policy.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
