How does customization work?

Many of our pieces can be made just for you — your choice of gold tone, stone, and sizing. We also love bringing fully custom pieces to life. Reach out to us at amandadesireejewelry@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram before placing your order, and we'll guide you through it together.

How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Most made-to-order and custom pieces are ready within 2 weeks, though more intricate designs can take up to 6 weeks — we want every piece to be made with care, not rushed. Ready-to-ship pieces are packed and sent within 3-5 business days.

What's your return policy?

Because made-to-order and custom pieces are created specifically for you, they're final sale. Ready-to-ship pieces can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery. You can find the full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the US only, with more to come as we grow.

What if a stone falls out or my piece needs care?

Should a stone come loose within a year of your purchase, we'll reset it for you at no cost — it happens, and we're here for you. For polishing, resizing down the road, or repairs beyond that window, just reach out; we're always happy to help for a small fee.

Can rings be resized?

Yes — most of our rings can be sized to fit you. Let us know your size when you order, or reach out and we'll help you find it.
